The Kansas City Chiefs are gearing up to continue their undefeated streak as they face the San Francisco 49ers in Week 7 after a bye week. With a perfect 5-0 record, the Chiefs are coming off a strong 26-13 victory over the New Orleans Saints in their last game. While they have faced some offensive challenges this season, their defense has been solid, propelling them to an impressive 11-game winning streak dating back to the previous year.

In terms of injuries, defensive end Mike Danna will be sidelined against the 49ers with a pectoral strain. Running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire, wide receiver Mecole Hardman, wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster, and defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi were also listed on the injury report. However, only Smith-Schuster is questionable for the upcoming game, with the other three players expected to be available.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire, who missed the first five games of the season due to a non-football illness, has been cleared to play against the 49ers after participating in full practices throughout the week. Mecole Hardman, despite dealing with a knee issue, is also set to take the field on Sunday after completing all practice sessions.

JuJu Smith-Schuster, who was limited in practice due to a hamstring injury, is considered questionable for the game. However, there is optimism within the team that he will be able to suit up and contribute on game day.

With key players like Edwards-Helaire and Hardman ready to go, the Chiefs will look to maintain their winning momentum against the 49ers. Stay tuned for what promises to be an exciting matchup between these two talented teams.
