Kate and Liam were in a relationship before Liam’s untimely death in October, when he fell from the balcony of his hotel room in Buenos Aires, Argentina, at the age of 31. Prior to the tragedy, Kate had been with Liam in Argentina to support Niall Horan at his concert.
Despite leaving Argentina before the incident, Kate expressed her readiness to depart in a TikTok video, as their short getaway turned into a two-week vacation. Following Liam’s passing, Kate referred to him as her “angel” and “everything,” paying homage to their bond.
She later attended Liam’s funeral alongside his One Direction bandmates, Niall, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, and Louis Tomlinson, as well as prominent figures like Simon Cowell, James Corden, and Cheryl Cole.
