A horrifying incident occurred in Queens, where a 32-year-old woman was followed by a predator before being brutally raped in an alleyway. The victim, unaware of the stranger trailing behind her, was subjected to a sexual assault at the intersection of 31st Avenue and Jackson Mill Road in East Elmhurst. The suspect, described only as an unidentified male, fled the scene on foot, leaving the victim traumatized and in distress.
