One Person Dead in Thanksgiving Day Crash on Interstate 25 in Denver
Tragedy struck on Thanksgiving Day as one person lost their life in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 25 near East Yale Avenue, as reported by the Denver Police Department.
Denver police responded to the scene of the single-vehicle crash around 1:14 p.m. on Thursday, with officials sharing updates on social media. Just moments before, officers were also called to another single-vehicle crash in the same vicinity, which resulted in serious injuries, a significant fuel spill, and a temporary closure of the southbound lanes of the highway.
Details about the deceased individual were not immediately available, and the cause of the crash remains under investigation, according to Denver police.
