Kevin Beasley’s exhibition at Regen Projects showcases his unique use of resin to create translucent abstractions out of everyday items. Using painting, weaving, and collage, Fifield-Perez transforms bureaucratic documents into intricate patterns and lush still lifes, highlighting the resilience of the individual amidst institutional indifference.

For a unique glimpse into Ghana’s mobile cinema industry, head to Beyond the Streets for the “VHS Dreams” exhibition curated by Deadly Prey Gallery. Featuring hand-painted movie posters that embellish Hollywood narratives with local flair, this show offers a fascinating look at the intersection of art and cinema in Ghana.

Marnie Weber’s “The Dollhouse” exhibition at Laguna Art Museum presents a surreal and immersive vision of femininity through sculpture, photography, and collage. The monumental model features 11 rooms, each telling a different chapter of a psychological drama, inviting viewers into a whimsical and mysterious world.
