Family and friends are anxiously awaiting the safe return of 15-year-old Sebastian Scott, who went missing after leaving his North Side gym over the weekend. Sebastian, who is autistic, was last seen around 9:13 a.m. on Saturday departing Quads gym located at 3727 North Broadway in Boystown, as shared by his father in a social media post.
According to Gray Scott, Sebastian ran away from his sister after their workout session. The concerned father mentioned in the post, which was shared by Friends of Alcott, that Sebastian is currently a student at Lincoln Park High School.
“He doesn’t have his phone or any means of communication,” Gray Scott expressed, adding that his son is harmless but visibly distressed. He also shared his fear that Sebastian may be heading towards harming himself, possibly by the lake.
Sebastian was described as not wearing glasses when he went missing. He was dressed in a long, gray puffy jacket, gray sweatpants, and black gym shoes. Standing at 5’8″ tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds, Sebastian typically looks down and only looks up when prompted, as noted by Gray Scott.
