A man from Brooklyn has been apprehended on charges of allegedly attempting to sexually assault a young girl while she was returning home from school, followed by an attack on another teenage girl just hours later, according to police reports.
Identified as Justin Lee, the 22-year-old is facing charges of endangering the welfare of a child and harassment. Authorities claim he pursued a 13-year-old girl into her apartment complex around 1:35 p.m. on Friday, located at the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and Ditmas Avenue in the neighborhood of Kensington.
Wearing a striking red Mario Kart t-shirt and a black ski mask, Lee is alleged to have grabbed the young girl by the neck and shoved her under a staircase before he fled the scene. Fortunately, authorities stated that the girl did not suffer any physical injuries during this brazen attack that took place in broad daylight.

<pLater in the evening, just before 7 p.m., Lee allegedly assaulted a second victim, a 15-year-old girl, in a similar manner within the same vicinity, as per sources from the police.
As of Saturday, Lee’s arraignment at Brooklyn Criminal Court was still underway, leaving the community on high alert over the safety of their children.
