Horrifying 911 Audio of Iryna Zarutska Stabbing, Witness Saw Ton of Blood

The recently released 911 audio pertaining to the Iryna Zarutska horrific stabbing incident on a North Carolina train paints a chilling picture of chaos and despair, with witnesses fearing she was beyond help immediately after the attack.

Obtained by TMZ, the audio features several bystanders making frantic calls to emergency services shortly following the stabbing.

The brutal assault was recorded on video and subsequently leaked to the media, igniting widespread outrage over the random act of violence and the tragic loss of Iryna.

In the chaotic moments following the stabbing, one caller tells the dispatcher, “There’s a lot of blood” and resigns to the statement, “I think she’s gone.”

The caller mentioned that attempts were being made to help Iryna, while police arrived at the scene to provide assistance.

A second caller, filled with urgency, exclaimed that the woman was dead, shortly before identifying DeCarlos Brown, the suspect, who was standing nearby.

Brown was apprehended soon after the incident and has since faced federal charges for his actions on the mass transit system.

Video footage reportedly displays Brown, donned in a red hoodie, unfolding a knife and ruthlessly attacking Iryna in the neck. He then walked past shocked onlookers, blood evident on the weapon.

Iryna emigrated from Ukraine to the United States in 2022, escaping the ongoing conflict with Russia, with aspirations of studying veterinary medicine.

Conversely, Brown had a history of previous arrests, with his mother publicly stating he struggled with mental health challenges.

In response to the tragedy, President Donald Trump has vehemently called for Brown to face the death penalty should he be convicted.
