P Diddy
WANTS TO SERVE HIS TIME AT FORT DIX
Published October 6, 2025 2:31 PM PDT
P Diddy has a specific prison in mind for serving
his 50-month sentence … and he’s aiming for FCI Fort Dix.
Teny Geragos, one of Diddy’s defense attorneys, sent a letter to Judge
Arun Subramanian,
requesting that the court recommend to the Bureau of Prisons that Diddy be assigned to the low-security federal correctional facility in New Jersey.
Diddy’s legal team argues that FCI Fort Dix is ideal for him as it would allow him to “tackle substance abuse challenges” and “enhance family visits and rehabilitation efforts.”
Teny’s father, renowned attorney Mark Geragos,
previously voiced to Harvey on the “2 Angry Men” podcast that Diddy will face dangers regardless of his location.
Diddy’s attorneys informed the judge during Friday’s sentencing that there is already an attempt on his life planned.

Other celebrities who have served time at FCI Fort Dix
include ‘RHONJ’ stars Teresa and Joe Giudice.
Judge Subramanian also has the option to recommend a facility for Diddy, but ultimately, the Bureau of Prisons will make the final decision.

Diddy has been incarcerated for over a year at MDC Brooklyn, and will spend more than 2 years in federal prison… it will be intriguing to see if the Bureau of Prisons honors his legal team’s preference, or if they decide to relocate him.
FYI, we’ve confirmed that herbal oil and prayer oil are available at the Ft. Dix commissary, but baby oil is not offered; however, baby powder can be found.
