Many celebrity moms have opted for a “mommy makeover” following childbirth as a way to rejuvenate their bodies.

In January 2025, Teen Mom personality Kailyn Lowry shared insights on her multiple surgical endeavors, including a breast reduction, tummy tuck, and liposuction, following the births of her seven children. Brittany Cartwright recently opened up about her recovery from surgery, revealing that she opted for a mommy makeover four years after the birth of her son Cruz with ex Jax Taylor.

“I’m doing it naturally,” the 90 Day Fiancé star said on an episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After.. “I’m getting sucked and tucked and tightened and toned, so I’m having a natural mommy makeover, which is basically a tummy tuck. I’m doing a 360 lipo from my chin, my arms, my upper back, my lower back [and] my thighs. And then I’m going to do a fat transfer with that lipo to my boobs.”

Loren pointed out that her choice is “necessary” due to her struggles with “abdominal diastasis,” a condition wherein the abdominal muscles separate during pregnancy, as noted by the Cleveland Clinic. She expressed that despite rigorous workouts, her core would not return to normal due to her three C-sections over two and a half years, making her experience physically uncomfortable.

Drew Sidora shared that her “mommy makeover” followed health challenges she faced.

“I did everything. I did a whole mommy makeover. It was like the [whole] package,” the Real Housewives of Atlanta star told Us Weekly in April 2022. “Like, boobs back in place — you know, make them a little smaller cause I was having neck issues — and then I had a hernia and so they did a hernia repair and a tummy tuck. That was it. I was good. I’m happy.”

“Alright guys I am 5 weeks post op!” she wrote alongside a selfie of her via Instagram. “I am starting to see a difference, still really swollen and some discoloration from bruising but all the lumps and weird pockets but my scar are gone and that makes me happy, as that was what really bothered me, even though I hid it well.”

In March 2025, Meghan Trainor revealed she had breast augmentation following the births of her sons Riley and Barry in 2021 and 2023, respectively.

“As you know, I’m in a super busy chapter of my life. I’ve been touring, working and mommying really hard. So recently, I decided to do something just for me,” the singer mentioned in an Instagram video. “After having kids, living a healthier lifestyle and losing weight, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I’m so obsessed. I’ve always struggled with loving my boobs before I got them done because they were never even, were always sagging my whole life.”
