About Nithya Das
Nithya B. Das occupies the role of GM for Diligent’s Governance business while also acting as the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer. She contributes her expertise to the board and compensation committee of Outbrain Inc. (Nasdaq: OB), a technology firm redefining internet interactions. Prior to her tenure at Diligent, Nithya played key roles in steering Olo (NYSE: OLO) and AppNexus through successful IPOs and significant growth transitions. Her responsibilities encompassed areas from legal compliance to cultural development.
She began her legal career at Goodwin Procter and was integral in establishing Founder’s Workbench, an innovative legal resource for startups. As a leading figure in DEIB and ESG initiatives, Nithya has received recognition from esteemed organizations, including the National Organization for Women and the American Bar Association. She earned her degrees from the SC Honors College at USC and Brooklyn Law School. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she is a self-taught Indian cook, a former food blogger, and enjoys life in Hoboken with her husband, their two daughters, and a labradoodle.
