Travis Kelce has finally shared his thoughts regarding Taylor Swift‘s recently released song inspired by him, and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end appeared somewhat bashful while discussing the number.

Jason Kelce prompted his brother to discuss “Wood” during Wednesday’s episode of “New Heights“—although Travis expressed his appreciation for the song, he seemed a bit shy when asked for more details.

Jason, however, had no hesitation in sharing his perspective on the song, humorously suggesting that if a song were written about him, it certainly wouldn’t feature the lyric, “Redwood tree, it ain’t hard to see.”

“It would be akin to a Japanese Maple,” he remarked, adding, “Sometimes it’s visible.”

Travis chuckled during the conversation about “Wood,” but aside from expressing his gratitude for any song that includes him, he largely kept to himself.

The duo further discussed “The Life of a Showgirl,” which was released last week. Travis expressed his delight over how well his fiancée’s work turned out.

Meanwhile, Jason shared that his favorite tracks were “Opalite” and “Eldest Daughter.”

The older Kelce sibling then relayed a strong message to those who hadn’t yet streamed the album, advising the “92 Percenters,” “For anyone who hasn’t experienced it yet, get on it, you utter fool.”
