Reports suggest that Raja Jackson may have truncated Syko Stu‘s wrestling career, as a close acquaintance informed TMZ Sports that they believe Stu will not return to the ring following the brutal assault.

Douglas Malo — who physically intervened to separate Jackson from Stu during the incident at a Knokx Pro Wrestling event in August — spoke with us after charges were formally brought against Quinton “Rampage” Jackson‘s son, expressing his belief that Stu will never step into the ring again.

Malo noted that the wrestler, whose real name is Stuart Smith, sustained too many injuries from Raja to consider a comeback.

“I think at this point, attempting a comeback wouldn’t be wise,” Malo remarked.

Malo added that Stu has been enduring the repercussions of a long wrestling career.

“He wasn’t exactly young before the incident,” Malo remarked.

Malo mentioned that although he hasn’t spoken directly to Stu recently, he remains in touch with his close circle and it seems like Stu is managing well. He even expressed hope to see his friend next month at a wrestling event that will be held in honor of the injured star.

“I plan to be there to see him,” Malo said. “I’m looking forward to it. It’ll help me find closure. I can’t wait to give him a hug and all.”

Malo also expressed hope that Stu could find some way to remain involved in the wrestling scene without having to engage physically.

On the subject of Raja’s legal issues, Malo shared his satisfaction in seeing the 25-year-old face charges, noting that he has not witnessed any signs of remorse from Raja following the attack.

Malo mentioned that he might consider filing a civil lawsuit against Raja, highlighting that the attack resulted in significant hospital bills that he is still responsible for.

As for Raja, he faces a felony charge of battery causing significant bodily injury and a misdemeanor charge of battery on an individual. He made a court appearance in L.A. on Thursday to address these charges but opted not to provide comments.
