Rapper D4vd, whose abandoned Tesla contained the remains of a dismembered 15-year-old girl, has reportedly transferred ownership of two properties in Texas to his mother.
The 20-year-old musician, originally from Queens and now based in Los Angeles, transferred the two homes located in Houston under a trust, on September 18 and September 22, as reported by TMZ based on legal documents.
This decision coincided with one of the homes becoming the target of a swatting incident, according to the outlet.

During the swatting event, D4vd’s parents responded to the door while his visibly distressed mother reassured officers that only family members were present inside.
Going by the name David Anthony Burke, D4vd has garnered significant attention and speculation following the discovery of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, a missing 15-year-old girl whose dismembered body was found in his abandoned vehicle on September 9.
<pAuthorities indicated that Rivas’s remains were in an advanced state of decomposition when found in the vehicle at a Hollywood impound facility, leading them to believe she had been deceased for several weeks.

<pThe girl’s mother disclosed to TMZ that Celeste had been dating someone named David, which led internet sleuths to unearth footage of D4vd discussing grooming a girl identified as Celeste during a past livestream.
Following the shocking find, an eerie track by D4vd titled “Celeste” made its way across social media.
In the song, he mentions, “Oh, Celeste, the girl with my name tattooed on her chest, smell her on my clothes like cigarettes.”
The rapper, who infamously failed a backflip at Coachella, has canceled his forthcoming tour and the release of his anticipated album, “Withered.”
In light of the ongoing investigation, Universal Music Group, Sony Music Publishing, and Wasserman have paused all promotional activities related to the rapper until further notice, according to a TMZ report.
As of now, no charges have been filed against D4vd, who is reportedly cooperating with law enforcement in Los Angeles.
