Exclusive footage from FOX59/CBS4 captured the former NFL star entering the Marion County Community Justice Campus on Sunday morning, visible with a sling on his arm. His mugshot depicts a man alert yet subdued, recently transitioned from medical care.

The ex-QB had been in the hospital since October 4, stemming from allegations of attacking a 69-year-old man in an alleyway outside a hotel in downtown Indianapolis. Reports indicated that Sanchez was dissatisfied with the truck driver, who was backing into the alley while driving a cooking oil recycling collection vehicle.

As many are aware, Sanchez was in Indianapolis to cover the Colts game against the Raiders for Fox Sports. He sustained multiple stab wounds to his torso during the incident, reportedly pushingPerry Tole against a wall before the ensuing confrontation.

Sanchez now faces multiple charges, including serious bodily injury through battery (a Level 5 felony), along with misdemeanor charges for battery that resulted in bodily injury, unauthorized vehicle entry, and public intoxication leading to danger for others.

Prosecutors added the felony charge last week, asserting that Sanchez instigated the altercation. Legal documents reveal the other individual involved sustained significant injuries during the altercation.
