Notorious TikTok personality Joshua Block was filmed shouting about his disdain for immigrants — leading to an unexpected punch.

In the video, Joshua, who is autistic, can be seen violently banging on a wall and yelling about his hatred for immigrants in a crowd setting, which escalates into a physical confrontation.
