This comes after Flores failed to appear in court for a case stemming from an incident where she allegedly pushed police officers who were guarding Morgan shortly after he killed Officer Ella French and critically injured her partner in August 2021.
Flores, 44, has been a vocal advocate for her son, defending him passionately both during his arrest and at his recent sentencing to life in prison. Her other son, Erick, was also convicted in connection with the shooting for running from the scene with the murder weapon.
