Trump Mixes Up Biden and Bush while Complimenting Military Pilots
During a recent speech, former President Donald Trump made a puzzling statement while complimenting military pilots. The 79-year-old, clad in a red tie and a white cap emblazoned with the letters “USA,” told the troops, “Biden used to say he was a pilot. He was a pilot, he was a truck driver whatever, whoever walked in. He wasn’t a pilot.”
Trump then went on to criticize Biden’s presidency, claiming, “He wasn’t much of a president, either, to be honest with you. That I can tell you. That we all know.”
However, despite Trump’s confident assertion, he was factually incorrect. There is no evidence to suggest that former President Joe Biden ever claimed to have been a pilot. Critics speculate that Trump may have been thinking of George W. Bush, who indeed served as an F-102 fighter pilot in the Texas Air National Guard.
One social media user remarked, “He’s truly not well. The dementia has him mixing up Biden and Bush. We are so far beyond the 25th Amendment, folks.”
