The grand opening weekend at a Bass Pro shop in Odessa, Texas took a violent turn when a massive brawl broke out among customers. The altercation allegedly started over an argument in line for the restroom, escalating quickly into a physical fight involving multiple individuals.
Video footage captured the chaotic scene as two men involved in the initial confrontation began throwing punches, with other customers joining in on the violence. The situation grew more intense as onlookers tried to intervene and separate the fighters, eventually bringing the brawl to an end.
One woman at the scene was heard shouting at the fighters, condemning their behavior and pointing out the negative example they were setting. The tension was palpable as the situation unfolded, with authorities later revealing that the altercation began when a man waiting in line with his family became frustrated with another customer taking too long in the bathroom.
Despite the intense nature of the brawl, all parties involved declined to press charges. The individuals responsible for instigating the fight were issued criminal trespass warnings and banned from the store. While some minor injuries were reported, no one required hospitalization as a result of the altercation.
