He made a request, and they paid attention.
An audacious social media personality, known for his bold antics of approaching police officers and provocatively asking to be arrested, was finally taken into custody by a fed-up officer in Chicago.
Adam Kelly, popularly known as Adamn Killa to his 1.2 million followers on TikTok, was handcuffed on Monday for disrupting a traffic stop with his viral prank of taunting cops by bending over and dancing.
Sharing a post of himself being led in handcuffs on a snowy street in Chicago, he captioned, “They listened.”
Kelly, also a rapper, was held in a squad car for at least 20 minutes before being released without any charges, as per information provided by the police to the Chicago Sun Times.
The 29-year-old TikTok sensation gained popularity by teasing law enforcement officials, approaching them, placing his hands behind his back, and loudly shouting “arrest me, daddy” while performing a distinctive dance.

In a video posted on Monday, Kelly continued his act with a Chicago police officer, but the footage abruptly transitions to him being escorted to a police car in handcuffs.
However, the rapper, aged 29, appeared undeterred by the short-lived detention.
“I got out and I went and made more ‘Arrest me, daddy’ videos right after,” he informed the Chicago Sun Times.
Aside from local law enforcement, the Chicago native has also approached members of the National Guard in Washington DC, making the same request to “arrest me, daddy.”
