Apple Music Replay: A Look Back at Your Year in Music
Apple recently unveiled Apple Music Replay, a feature designed to give users a comprehensive overview of their year in music. This new offering from Apple is reminiscent of Spotify’s popular Wrapped feature and allows users to reminisce on their top songs, artists, and albums that they streamed throughout the year.
This year, Apple Music Replay goes a step further by including additional insights into users’ listening habits. The “Discovery” section highlights new artists that users have tuned into, while the “Loyalty” section showcases the artists that users have consistently listened to year after year. Additionally, the “Comebacks” section features artists who have made a resurgence in users’ playlists.
Users can also delve into detailed statistics such as total minutes listened, the number of artists explored, longest artist streak, favorite genres, and more. Accessing the Apple Music Replay dashboard is a breeze, as it can be found on the Home tab of the music streaming service.
In addition to the annual Replay, users have the option to revisit their monthly Replay highlights and view summaries from each year they’ve been on Apple Music. They can even listen to their personalized “Replay All Time” playlist, featuring their most-played songs since joining the service.
For artists, Apple Music Replay offers new insights such as listenership growth and year-over-year performance summaries. Artists can track metrics like total listeners, countries, cities, and minutes, providing valuable information to enhance their music careers.
Apple Music also revealed the top songs of 2025, with ROSÉ and Bruno Mars’ “APT” taking the number one spot. Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s “luther” secured second place, followed by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars with “Die With A Smile” in third. Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” claimed fourth place, while Billie Eilish’s “Birds of a Feather” rounded out the top five.
