Kevin Morris, known as Hunter Biden’s “sugar brother,” has decided to drop his lawsuit against conservative research group Marco Polo founder Garrett Ziegler. The lawsuit was based on allegations of doxing and harassment.

Morris, a Hollywood power broker who supported Hunter financially, claimed Ziegler impersonated a Democratic fundraiser to obtain information about Hunter during a text conversation. Ziegler denied these claims.

Ziegler’s lawyer, Jennifer Holliday, objected to the dismissal of the lawsuit without prejudice, citing the lack of evidence supporting the allegations.

Morris’ legal team submitted a request to dismiss the suit, and Ziegler’s team demanded reimbursement of legal fees before agreeing to the dismissal.

The reasons behind Morris’ decision to drop the lawsuit at this time remain unclear. Hunter Biden had previously dropped a lawsuit against Ziegler over laptop hacking allegations.

In court documents, Morris alleged that Ziegler tricked him into revealing information about Hunter’s laptop while impersonating someone else. However, Ziegler denied these accusations.

The lawsuit has faced challenges, with some claims being dismissed by the court while others are allowed to proceed.

Morris, a prominent entertainment attorney, has supported Hunter Biden in various legal matters and financial issues, including legal bills, tax payments, and more.

A court hearing regarding the dismissal of the Morris v. Ziegler lawsuit is scheduled for January 29, 2026.
