CAA Announces 13 Promotions from Elevate Training Program

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) has recently announced a new wave of promotions within the company, with 13 individuals from the CAA Elevate program being elevated to agent or executive positions. CAA Elevate is a specialized training and development program designed to nurture and cultivate the next generation of talent within the agency.

Among the promoted individuals are Ally Brzezinski, Oren Davidson, Emily Dunetz, Travis Eller, Leyla Hezar, Michael Hughes, Miranda Hutchinson, Cameron Mulé, Jessica Lee, and Maia Paterno, who have all been named agents. Additionally, Becca Clemmons, Alex Perel, and Glen Stegman have been promoted to executive roles within the organization. These promotions reflect CAA’s commitment to recognizing and empowering emerging talent within the industry.

Ally Brzezinski, a motion picture literary agent, joined CAA in 2022 and was accepted into the Elevate program in 2025. Oren Davidson, an agent in TV production, began his career at CAA in 2016 and returned to the agency in 2023 after working at other production companies. Emily Dunetz, now an agent in the theater department, started at CAA in 2021 and was accepted into Elevate in 2024. Travis Eller, who works with creators, musicians, and comedians as part of CAA Creators, joined the agency in 2022 and was promoted to coordinator before entering Elevate in 2024. Leyla Hezar, an agent in sports content within CAA Sports, started in the agency’s mailroom in 2016 and worked her way up to her current position.

Michael Hughes, now an agent in sports property sales, began his career at CAA in 2019 and was accepted into Elevate in 2025. Miranda Hutchinson, an agent within CAA Creators, joined the agency in 2022 and was promoted to coordinator before entering Elevate in 2024. Jessica Lee, an agent in television talent, joined CAA in 2021 and was accepted into Elevate in 2024. Cameron Mulé, an agent in sports property sales, joined CAA Sports in 2022 and was accepted into Elevate in 2025. Maia Paterno, a motion picture literary agent, began her career at CAA in 2018 and entered Elevate in 2024.

Becca Clemmons, an executive in the data department, joined CAA in 2021 and entered Elevate in 2025. Alex Perel, an executive in sports property sales, started at Mandalay Sports Media before joining CAA Sports in 2021 and entering Elevate in 2024. Glen Stegman, also an executive in sports property sales, began his career at Jefferies before joining CAA Sports in 2021 and entering Elevate in 2025.

These promotions showcase the diverse talent and expertise within CAA and highlight the agency’s commitment to nurturing and developing its employees. With offices in Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, and other global locations, CAA continues to be a leader in the entertainment industry, representing top talent across various sectors.
