Authorities are on the lookout for four suspects who allegedly stole $120,000 worth of tools and trucks from the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds. The incident occurred on Tuesday night, as reported by the sheriff’s office.

The four individuals, wearing masks, reportedly broke into a maintenance shop and the Arapahoe County Events Center at the fairgrounds just before 10 p.m. on Tuesday. Among the stolen items were television screens, various tools, and two white Ford F250 pickup trucks featuring red Arapahoe County logos on the doors, according to a news release from the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office.

The stolen trucks, with license plates AIP-025 and QTL-363, were last spotted near E. Sixth Avenue and Potomac Street in northwest Aurora, officials stated.

If apprehended, the suspects, who have not been identified, will be facing charges of theft, burglary, and criminal mischief, according to the sheriff’s office.

Anyone with information regarding the burglary or the suspects is urged to contact the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office’s tip line at 720-874-8477. Informants can choose to remain anonymous, officials assured.
