Oasis star Liam Gallagher has made some lifestyle changes ahead of the long-awaited 2025 reunion with his brother Noel. The rock legend has swapped out drugs, cigarettes, and alcohol for healthier alternatives like turmeric and honey infusions, as well as hiking.
Instead of his previous pre-gig routine of cans of lager and cigarettes, Liam now opts for a couple of mugs of the spice-infused bee brew. He explained that the infusion is good for his voice and helps him prepare for performances. Additionally, Liam used to indulge in half a bottle of brandy and honey before hitting the stage, but he has since given up alcohol before performances due to a past incident at Wembley Stadium.
Reflecting on his past struggles with substances, Liam expressed gratitude for the role that rock ‘n’ roll played in saving his life. He acknowledged that he could have easily ended up in a bad place if not for his music career. Liam also revealed that he no longer consumes drugs and has made a conscious effort to lead a healthier lifestyle.
In addition to his dietary changes, Liam enjoys going for walks on Hampstead Heath near his London mansion and spending time with his pet dogs. Despite owning a house in France, Liam confessed that he and his brothers, Noel and Paul, cannot swim, a fact he discovered while chatting with his mom, Peggy, and son Gene on a TV show.
Looking ahead to the Oasis reunion tour in 2025, Liam is gearing up to perform in the US, Canada, and Mexico. The band has teased the news with billboards in several cities, warning fans to “be careful what you wish for.” The tour dates include stops at iconic venues like Toronto Rogers Stadium, Chicago Soldier Field, New Jersey MetLife Stadium, Los Angeles Rose Bowl Stadium, and Mexico City Estadio GNP Seguros. US rock band Cage the Elephant will join Oasis as support across all dates.
As Liam prepares for the upcoming tour, he is also adding a pool to his London home, despite not knowing how to swim. The leisure facility has received planning permission, but Liam may need to take swimming lessons to fully enjoy the 24ft pool.
Overall, Liam Gallagher is embracing a new chapter in his life, focusing on health, music, and family as he prepares for the highly anticipated Oasis reunion tour.
