New Evidence Emerges in Timothy Busfield Sexual Misconduct Case
In a shocking turn of events, newly released audio recordings reveal that the underage twin boys who accused actor Timothy Busfield of sexual misconduct initially denied any inappropriate touching. The police audio, obtained and published by TMZ, features the 11-year-old child actors known as V.L and S.L being interviewed by police in November 2024.
During the interview, the officer asked the boys about inappropriate touching, to which they responded in the negative. This led Busfield’s attorney to present the audio as an “unequivocal denial” of the allegations made against the actor.
The upcoming hearing will determine whether Busfield will be released on bail pending trial. The actor, known for his role in “West Wing,” faces serious charges based on a criminal complaint in which one of the boys alleged inappropriate touching by Busfield.
However, prosecutors pointed to the audio recording as evidence that the boys initially did not disclose any abuse, casting doubt on the validity of their claims. This latest development adds a new layer of complexity to the ongoing legal proceedings.
