A federal magistrate judge in Minnesota has dismissed the Justice Department’s attempt to charge former CNN host Don Lemon for his involvement in the disruption of a St. Paul church service by anti-ICE protesters.
Lemon, aged 59, was among a group of demonstrators who interrupted the Sunday worship at Cities Church.
