Israel Dagg, former All Blacks and Crusaders fullback, along with his wife Daisy, has successfully sold their Canterbury home for $1.21m above its RV. The couple decided to part ways with their 4.3ha property on Island Rd in Clarkville, Waimakariri, as they planned to relocate to the North Island to be closer to family.

The property was purchased by a Christchurch couple for over $3.75m, a significant amount above its RV. Kathryn Picton-Warlow, the Harcourts listing agent, shared the news of the sale on her social media platform, expressing gratitude to everyone involved and congratulating the new owners on acquiring such a remarkable home.

According to OneRoof.co.nz, the property had an RV of $2.54m. The Daggs acquired the property in 2019 for $450,000 and constructed a stunning five-bedroom, three-bathroom home with a solar-heated pool.

Israel Dagg’s rugby career includes 89 games for the Crusaders and 25 appearances for the Highlanders. He also played 66 matches for the All Blacks and scored 26 tries during his international tenure. Dagg retired from rugby in 2019 due to a long-term knee injury.

Daisy mentioned collaborating with Keane Builders from Amberley to design the home in an interview with Essence Magazine. Picton-Warlow revealed that the property received multiple offers from various buyers, including those looking to upsize or downsize.

The Daggs’ decision to move to Tauranga stemmed from their desire to be closer to family. The sale of their exquisite property reflects the care and attention they put into creating a unique and appealing living space. paragraph to make it more concise:
