A Mexican national, Jose Hilario Millan-Flores, 30, has been apprehended by the Department of Homeland Security for the sexual assault of a child under the age of 10.
Jose Hilario Millan-Flores was apprehended for lewd acts with a child under 14, sodomy with a victim under 10, sexual penetration of a victim under 14, and obstructing a public officer.
The ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations in Los Angeles located and arrested him on February 2nd.

The gender of Flores’ victim remains undisclosed.
Flores is currently held in ICE custody awaiting deportation, as stated by federal authorities.
