The DuraMAX Grand Prix is set to take place as the third race of the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season on Sunday, March 1, at Circuit of the Americas (COTA). The race is scheduled to start at 3:30 pm ET on the 2.40-mile-long road course, which features 17 turns. A total of 37 drivers have secured spots for the event at the 1.54-mile-long EchoPark Speedway.
Heading into the DuraMAX Grand Prix, Shane van Gisbergen of Trackhouse Racing is the favorite to win with odds of +120, according to DraftKings Sportsbook. Van Gisbergen, a seasoned road course driver, has claimed all six of his career Cup wins on road courses. He finished sixth at COTA last year and is looking to secure a victory this time around.
Van Gisbergen’s teammate, Connor Zilisch, follows closely behind in the odds table at +350 to win the race. The defending champion of the event, Christopher Bell, is next in line with odds of +900, while past COTA winner William Byron holds odds of +1000. Tyler Reddick and Kyle Larson round out the top five favorites with odds of +1600 each.
Reddick, who kicked off the 2026 season with wins at Daytona and Atlanta, has a strong track record at COTA, including a victory in 2023. Joe Gibbs Racing driver Chase Briscoe comes in with the sixth-highest odds at +2000 to secure a win on race day.
