Variety is gearing up to release its highly anticipated third 8 Asian Pacifics Up Next in Entertainment list on May 6. Collaborating once again with the esteemed team at Gold House, the publication will handpick eight standout individuals from the Asian Pacific community who are making significant strides in the entertainment industry.

This prestigious list will feature changemakers across various sectors of entertainment, including TV, film, music, and theater. From actors to artisans to industry executives, these individuals are at the forefront of shaping the global entertainment landscape with their talent and innovation.

Gold House, known for its role in uniting the Asian Pacific and multicultural communities, is dedicated to investing in independent creators and companies while showcasing the immense impact of the Asian Pacific community across all industries. Their partnership with Variety for this list highlights the importance of recognizing and celebrating diversity and inclusion in entertainment.

Jazz Tangcay, Variety’s senior artisans editor, expressed her enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “Championing bold storytellers and those who break boundaries is something Variety has long done.
