A rowdy spring break party in Florida came to an abrupt end when a group of underage college students, mostly from Louisiana State University (LSU), were kicked out of their vacation rental house in Miramar Beach. The Fort Walton Sheriff’s Office took to social media to share the incident, complete with a playful jab at the students.

The party took a dangerous turn when the students allegedly started hurling empty liquor bottles from the balcony of the rental property. One of the bottles came dangerously close to hitting a security guard on duty that night. Concerned residents and a street littered with broken glass and alcohol containers prompted deputies to intervene and order the students to vacate the premises.

Despite everyone in the house being under 21, one brave 19-year-old student took the fall for his friends, admitting to being the one responsible for tossing the bottles. He was subsequently arrested, while the rest of the group was forced to leave the property. The rental house, which was reportedly booked by one of the students’ mothers, was promptly cleared out by the property management company.

The Sheriff’s Office concluded their social media post with a humorous nod to LSU’s iconic fight song “Tiger Rag,” reminding the students to “Hold That Tiger.” The incident serves as a reminder to partygoers to be mindful of their behavior, especially when underage drinking is involved. As spring break festivities continue, it’s essential to prioritize safety and respect for the local community.
