In a recent episode of the Reclaiming with Monica Lewinsky podcast, a mother of two opened up about her marriage to Feldman, discussing how they bridge their differences.
She reflected on their dating period, which lasted five and a half years, noting, “We both faced commitment issues for various reasons. I met him shortly after my separation and divorce, and I thought, ‘this is never going to happen.'”
Guthrie, who practices Christianity, described their dynamic as an interfaith couple. She emphasized, “I can’t have a boyfriend I don’t want, so it was a long journey, but we addressed our different faiths because mine is crucial to me. I strive for integrity in my faith with my children and family, and Mike supports me in this.”
The couple, with Guthrie being Christian and her husband Jewish, are committed to honoring each other’s religious traditions while raising their children in an interfaith environment.
“I aim to make God a part of our family. I want to share my understanding of God with them,” she added.
