A former Penthouse Pet with a penchant for luxury cars is set to face legal proceedings after she allegedly targeted elderly men in affluent areas of Beverly Hills and other upscale Los Angeles neighborhoods, subsequently robbing their homes.
Adva Lavie, 27, known in magazine circles as Mia Ventura, could face a prison sentence of over 11 years for a series of high-profile burglaries. Prosecutors allege that Lavie used online dating platforms to select her victims.
From 2023 to 2025, it is alleged that Lavie used dating apps to build relationships with wealthy older men and younger women in areas like Westlake Village, West Hollywood, Los Angeles, and Beverly Hills, with the intention of committing theft.
Lavie is accused of pretending to be a girlfriend and travel companion to gain entry into her victims’ homes, where she allegedly stole cash, gold, and designer items.
She faces six felony charges, including two counts each of grand theft, burglary, and unauthorized use of personal identifying information.
While an extortion charge was dismissed due to insufficient evidence, Lavie has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
A judge recently decided that Lavie will stand trial for these alleged offenses after her legal team attempted to have the charges dropped.
Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman commented on the case, stating that Lavie took advantage of vulnerable victims to carry out her crimes.
“At her trial, we will prove beyond a reasonable doubt that this defendant exploited trust built through online relationships to gain access to victims’ homes and steal from them,” Hochman said. “Her ability to deceptively influence others, whether in person or online, has now come to an end.”
Lavie’s arraignment is scheduled for April 6 in Van Nuys. She is currently not in custody but is monitored via an ankle bracelet and has been ordered to avoid contact with her alleged victims.
Authorities have noted Lavie’s extravagant lifestyle.
“She is known to drive a black Porsche SUV and white Mercedes-Benz sedan,” stated LA Sheriff Robert Luna in an October bulletin seeking further victims of her alleged crimes.
“Suspect Lavie has been involved in a series of residential burglaries throughout LA County, targeting older men posing as a girlfriend or companion on social media dating platforms and applications,” the department noted on Instagram.
Lavie gained attention as a “21st Century Penthouse Pet” for July 2023 under the alias Mia Ventura and claims to have been the first top Israeli OnlyFans model.
She reportedly served in the Israeli military before her modeling career.
Lavie’s Penthouse profile mentions her previous career as a flight attendant for an international airline, where she worked as a first-class stewardess.
“The charismatic cutie no longer makes her living in the air, but she still loves to travel,” it adds.
Lavie described her “ideal partner” as “someone with a good sense of humor, who’s also smart, motivated, and fit.”
The LA sheriff described Lavie as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing about 104 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
She did not respond to The Post’s request for comment regarding her upcoming trial.
