Andy Cohen has responded to Sarah Michelle Gellar‘s candid feedback on the most recent season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
In an interview conducted earlier this month with SiriusXM’s Page Six Radio, Gellar, 48, was asked if she was “enjoying” the 15th season of the Bravo reality series, which Cohen executive produces. Her straightforward answer was “No.”
The Ready or Not 2: Here I Come actress elaborated by describing the season as “boring,” although she expressed her fondness for the cast despite finding the season “slow.” She added, “It’s just picking up now.”
Gellar’s remarks surfaced on Cohen’s Instagram, and his reaction wasn’t entirely positive—not due to her comments, but because the interview took place in his Radio Andy studio at SiriusXM headquarters. Cohen noted that SiriusXM hosts both Page Six Radio and his own channel.
“Apparently, Page Six Radio interviewed Sarah Michelle Gellar in our studio, and then it gets posted with Radio Andy logos everywhere, implying she dislikes the Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Cohen commented on his Andy Cohen Live show, according to social media footage. “I thought, ‘Don’t bring someone into my studio to criticize my show.’ Maybe lock the door when I’m not there? Or reconsider posting content with ‘Andy’ behind SMG all over social media.”
Regarding Gellar’s critique of RHOBH season 15, he added, “She’s wrong, by the way.”
Despite labeling the current season as “boring,” Gellar commended specific cast members during her Page Six Radio appearance.

“I love Rachel [Zoe]. I love Boz [St. John],” she expressed. “I live for Kathy [Hilton] and Jen [Tilly]. I would love a Jen Tilly-Kathy Hilton spinoff.”
Gellar had a mixed view on newcomer Amanda Frances, whom a cohost described as “polarizing” to viewers.
“I don’t think she’s polarizing. I just don’t think anyone enjoys her,” Gellar candidly stated. “I want to clarify, like, I’m sure she’s a very lovely person. If you choose to go on this show, then you have to be ready to open yourself up and be honest. And I feel like, I don’t know… I feel like she just missed that memo.”
One of the cohosts mentioned that Frances seemed to avoid conflict, which is typically a mainstay of the Real Housewives franchise.
Gellar agreed, commenting, “Like, have you ever watched an episode?”
