On March 5, Donald made a significant administrative change by dismissing Kristi and appointing “the Highly Respected United States Senator from the Great State of Oklahoma, Markwayne Mullin,” with the transition set to occur on March 31.
In a Truth Social post, he acknowledged Kristi’s contributions: “The current Secretary, Kristi Noem, who has served us well, and has had numerous and spectacular results (especially on the Border!), will be moving to be Special Envoy for The Shield of the Americas, our new Security Initiative in the Western Hemisphere we are announcing on Saturday in Doral, Florida. I thank Kristi for her service at ‘Homeland.’
Subsequently, insiders informed Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice gossip column that Lewandowski ended his relationship with the “ICE Barbie” following her dismissal.
“The relationship was always about power,” a source from Washington, D.C., revealed to the British journalist. “Without the job and the access, Corey isn’t interested anymore.”
The informant suggested that Lewandowski was drawn to Kristi because of her “control,” stating, “Corey loves proximity to power. When Kristi had it, he was glued to her. Now that she doesn’t, he’s gone.”
Another source explained that the connection was always more of a “power story” than a “romance story.”
