Crystal Harris and her fiancé James Ward are celebrating their upcoming wedding.
On Instagram this Thursday, April 2, the 39-year-old former Playboy model shared a glimpse of their special day.
Harris captioned her post, “Baby where the hell is my husband… probably waiting for me to walk down the aisle 🥹💍 Today is the day!!”
The video accompanying the post captured Ward, 42, joyfully lifting Harris in his arms. She donned a simple white dress, with the scenic Cook Islands in the South Pacific serving as their wedding backdrop. “Wedding day” was prominently featured in the video text.
On her Instagram Stories the same day, Harris gave a sneak peek of the romantic setting where they planned to exchange vows. A video showed a beach with rocks arranged in a heart shape and a floral arch at the center, likely where they would say “I do.”
Harris also posted a video and photo of the couple smiling broadly on a boat ride. She seemed to be in her wedding dress, while Ward was dressed in a suit.
Last month, Harris, who was married to the late Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner, mentioned that their wedding day was approaching.
On March 22, Harris expressed her excitement on Instagram, saying, “Less than two weeks until I marry my best friend. My adventure buddy, my protector, the person who gives me strength to take on the world 💪”
She added, “You are such an incredible human. You steady me, lift me, and remind me who I am on the days I forget. With you, life feels bigger, softer, and more meaningful all at once. I don’t just feel loved, I feel safe, seen, and unstoppable. I can’t wait to do this life with you 🤍”
Harris and Ward announced their engagement after a year together in May 2025.
Harris described her proposal experience to Us Weekly, saying, “It truly feels like a full-circle moment. James completely surprised me. He had a hidden staircase and a winding trail cleared to reveal a handcrafted deck perched above a dramatic cliffside overlooking the ocean.”
She recalled the moment, “It was the exact spot where we’d had a quiet picnic together a year ago — a place that became ‘ours.’ I had no idea he was secretly turning it into something permanent and symbolic. I thought we were just going for a walk, but when I saw the flowers, the handwritten notes, and the sea stretching endlessly in front of us, I knew something extraordinary was about to happen.”
In May 2025, Harris shared her excitement about the proposal on Instagram, writing, “I said yes (of course) with my smile, my soul, my every cell—because loving you is the most natural thing I’ve ever done.”
