Prime Video’s popular series “Clarkson’s Farm,” which features television personality Jeremy Clarkson navigating the challenges of running his Diddly Squat farm in Oxfordshire, is set to premiere its fifth season.
The show, which has brought fame to Clarkson’s farmhands like Kaleb Cooper, will return on June 3 with the release of four episodes.
Following this, two additional episodes will be available on June 10, with the final two concluding the season on June 17.
Lisa Hogan, Clarkson’s partner, also plays a significant role in the series.
According to the Season 5 synopsis, “‘Clarkson’s Farm’ is back, and amidst a government budget that sends the U.K. farming community into uproar, Jeremy decides some big changes are needed to make the farm run more smoothly.” As the farm embraces high-tech solutions, leading to Kaleb’s first international trip, Diddly Squat faces even greater challenges.
First debuting on Prime Video in 2021, the series quickly attracted a large audience, drawn in by the picturesque landscapes and rural drama, further enhanced by Clarkson’s complete lack of farming experience.
Despite its success, the series has yet to win a BAFTA. The “Who Wants to be a Millionaire?” host has previously expressed his disappointment, noting that his office wall is adorned with BAFTA nomination certificates, which he refers to as his “Wall of Failure.”
“But there isn’t a single actual Bafta because I’ve never won one, and I never will,” Clarkson remarked, adding, “They don’t give Baftas to people like me.”
