Newly released NYPD images show two individuals allegedly linked to a chaotic car meet-up in Queens over the weekend, as law enforcement continues its search for those responsible for the disturbance.

In photos made public on Wednesday, one suspect is seen driving a white car involved in the viral street takeover, while the other is observed on foot.

Earlier, the police department disclosed that they had impounded two Infinitis—a blue one and a purple one—associated with the unlawful gathering that took place on Saturday at the intersection of Eliot Avenue and 69th Street, near the Maspeth-Middle Village border.

One of the suspects is shown behind the wheel of a white vehicle caught up in the viral street takeover. NYPD

Previously, the NYPD had distributed photos and videos of a young group allegedly involved in the street takeover, with three individuals wearing keffiyehs. Authorities are looking for one woman and seven men in connection with the incident.

Video from the scene captures a daring motorist waving a Palestinian flag while performing donuts around a ring of fire, narrowly avoiding people standing nearby.

According to police, two men jumped onto the hood of a marked police vehicle, causing damage and cracking the windshield, before fleeing in a black Nissan.

City Council Member Phil Wong stated on Tuesday that officers had been monitoring a previous car meet-up in the Elmhurst and Corona areas, and there were insufficient police cruisers to reach the scene of the fiery incident in time.

“So clearly there’s a problem on the number of patrol cars available that night, and clearly we don’t have enough patrol cars, we don’t have enough police officers,” Wong commented.

“But I was told by the commissioner, there’s a graduating class coming and there will be an influx of new recruits assigned to various precincts in New York City.”

An NYPD spokesperson said that officers arrived at the scene within a minute of receiving 911 calls and immediately began dispersing the crowd.

The department noted that the location does not have a documented history of drag racing or car meet-ups.
