Emergency services are currently working to rescue an individual who slipped and fell down a muddy bank in Queenstown. Fire and Emergency NZ crews, along with Hato Hone St John, are on the scene to provide medical assistance to the person who fell approximately five meters.
Due to the slippery conditions of the area, reaching the individual on foot was not possible. Crews are now using specialized equipment to access the person and provide the necessary assistance.
