Khloé Kardashian’s ultimatum during an intervention reportedly led Lamar Odom to choose divorce. According to Khloé, she was advised to confront Lamar with a choice: attend rehab for three months or face divorce. “Everyone around me was confident he would never agree to divorce,” Khloé recounted. “We proceeded with the intervention.”
Khloé shared, “I delivered my ultimatum, and Lamar simply responded, ‘Okay, all I want is my passport, and yes, let’s get the f—— divorce.’ I was taken aback, thinking, ‘Wait. I don’t want the divorce. I was just following what I was told to say.’ Lamar immediately left, saying, ‘We’re getting the f—— divorce, and I’m never coming back here again.’
Initially, Khloé had withdrawn her first divorce petition filed in 2015, which occurred before Lamar’s overdose. She later filed for divorce again, and it was finalized in December 2016.
