Pam Grier has left fans amazed with her remarkably open revelation about her sex life, disclosing that her rare orgasms now “last three days,” as reported by RadarOnline.com.
Embracing life, love, and sexuality with age, the 76-year-old Hollywood icon shared these surprising insights on the Wiser Than Me podcast, hosted by Seinfeld and Veep star Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
Grier, celebrated for her iconic roles in films like Foxy Brown, Coffy, and Quentin Tarantino’s Jackie Brown, has been more vocal in recent years about aging, independence, and romance. She moved from the Hollywood spotlight to rural Colorado.
Her latest remarks come after previously revealing she is still actively dating and meeting potential partners in hardware stores.
According to a source close to Grier, she has become more open about her personal life to challenge stereotypes about aging and female sexuality.
The insider noted: “Pam believes society feels uneasy when older women speak openly about desire, pleasure, and relationships. She refuses to pretend that part of her life vanished with age.
“Many expect legendary actresses of Pam’s era to become discreet about intimacy, but she enjoys surprising people. It’s amusing to her that audiences are still taken aback by her confidence, flirtatiousness, and sexual fulfillment in her seventies.”
During the podcast, Louis-Dreyfus asked if Grier still feels young.
Grier responded: “Yes, I do, because when you’re young, you can have three, four, five orgasms in an hour. But when you get my age, you have one orgasm, it’ll last three days.”
An astonished Louis-Dreyfus asked: “What are you talking about? Like, what are you doing down there to get a three-day orgasm? I need details.”
Grier chuckled, saying: “You don’t have to do anything, but when it happens, just be prepared. It’s gonna be three whole days.”
She humorously added that experiencing such pleasure earlier might have altered her romantic past.
She remarked: “If I could have had that when I was younger, I would have had a better life and better boyfriends, OK?”
These comments are part of Grier’s series of notably candid interviews.
In August 2025, Grier stated she was still “horny as f—” while talking about a new relationship she described as “cosmic” on the “Allison Interviews” podcast.
She said: “You hear about when people find their person, that it’s a warm, fuzzy feeling. I can’t believe it happened now, when I’ve got things to do. Don’t mess up my plans!”
Despite her long-standing fame, Grier has never married.
Throughout the years, she has been romantically involved with several notable figures, including the late comedian Richard Pryor, actor Freddie Prinze, and basketball legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
In a 2022 interview, Grier shared that she frequently meets potential dates in stores like Home Depot and Lowe’s.
She said: “I pick up my dates at Home Depot and Lowe’s. I can name 10 tractor companies. I can drive a forklift. I ain’t no fool.”
Grier also expressed pride in the self-sufficient lifestyle she has cultivated in Colorado, where she keeps emergency supplies, chainsaws, and firefighting equipment readily available.
She noted: “My grandfather taught me that – how the girls could be self-sufficient and take care of themselves.”
