A Penthouse Pet, accused of using dating apps to steal from wealthy older men, has twice violated her court-ordered monitoring terms, including crossing county lines. Despite this, she avoided jail on Tuesday when a Los Angeles judge decided to issue another warning.

Adva Lavie, engaged to billionaire businessman Stephen Cloobeck and facing multiple felony charges for robbing men she met online, made a notable court appearance. Prosecutors disclosed she had contacted a witness and crossed into Ventura County, breaching a court order that allowed her to remain out of jail while on bail.

Prosecutors addressed Lavie, who was dressed entirely in white at the court, stating that she had entered Ventura on May 23 for 39 minutes to dine at the renowned Pacific Coast Highway restaurant Neptune’s Net.

This breach was identified through her ankle monitor, which Lavie has repeatedly sought to remove in various court proceedings.

During her previous court appearance in May, Judge Diego Edber issued a stern warning: if Lavie left LA County again, she would be incarcerated.

This warning followed the discovery that Lavie was carrying an Israeli passport, which was another alleged breach of her court-imposed restrictions.

Her attorney, Jeremy Lessem, argued that the violation was a misunderstanding, as Lavie believed the restaurant was in Malibu due to its online advertising.

“When she looked up Malibu it’s listed in LA County,” he explained.

Deputy District Attorney Arin Friedman reminded Judge Edber of his previous warning and requested that Lavie be detained with bail set at $1 million. She also noted that Lavie had contacted a victim in the case via text to allegedly “manipulate” him.

Friedman claimed the texts from Lavie were intended to gain sympathy, with one message reading, “I’m trying to get mental healing and you want me to get punished.”

Lavie appeared highly agitated, and her attorneys struggled to manage her at times. At one point, her lawyer Jeff Rubenstein instructed her to “shush.” She consulted a court-appointed Hebrew interpreter, despite reportedly speaking “fluent English.”

When it was time to rule, the judge chose not to imprison her, issuing only a warning in front of a surprised audience.

“Ms. Lavie, listen very carefully,” he said, warning that if she left the county again for any reason, she would be jailed without bail.

Judge Edber also modified the order’s language from prohibiting “associating” with witnesses to having “no contact” with them. After the ruling, Lavie was seen embracing her entourage as she exited the courtroom.

It was also disclosed in court that the defense has filed a motion for diversion for Lavie, which the prosecution plans to address. A hearing on this matter is set for August 10.

The alleged honey trapper faces six felony charges, including two counts of grand theft, two counts of burglary, and two counts of unauthorized use of personal identifying information. She reportedly met multiple older men on dating apps and then stole from their homes.

Lavie, who finalized her divorce from her porn star husband in March, became engaged to billionaire Stephen Cloobeck in February. Their wedding, initially set for June 18 in Israel, has been postponed. When asked about the wedding’s status outside the court by The California Post, Lavie simply said, “This is stressing me out.”

Cloobeck, a major donor to Eric Swalwell before the congressman’s resignation, was arrested in May on felony charges related to witness tampering in Lavie’s case. He allegedly discouraged a witness or victim from attending or testifying at a trial.

The model, who once embraced the camera, avoided photographers during her last court appearance but chose to walk slowly in and out of the building this time.
