The presidential fitness test is officially back
Nearly a year following President Trump’s executive order to bring back the presidential fitness test, health secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. unveiled the details of the revamped test alongside WWE star Triple H during a Monday event. The revamped test retains its traditional format, featuring categories for core strength, cardio, and upper-body strength, each offering two exercise options. The benchmarks, categorized by age and gender, remain competitive. For instance, girls aged 14 and up aiming for the top tier in the mile run must complete it in 7:59.
