This week, it was confirmed that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce donated $26 million to various charities across the United States, according to a representative. The announcement highlighted a number of organizations benefiting from their generosity, including Food Bank For NYC, New York Cares, Feeding America, and the ASPCA.
In addition to these, the renowned singer and the NFL star contributed to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, Musical Mentors, and after-school programs in New York and Cleveland. Their donations also extended to hospitals and MSK Kids, a pediatric cancer initiative at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
Although the specific amounts allocated to each charity were not disclosed, some organizations shared details in public statements. Among them was City Harvest of New York, which expressed gratitude for a $1 million donation from Swift and Kelce.
Jilly Stephens, CEO of City Harvest, remarked, “We are incredibly grateful for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s generous $1 million donation to City Harvest.” She emphasized that their support is crucial at a time when visits to New York City’s soup kitchens and food pantries are nearing record levels, with further increases anticipated due to federal funding cuts.
