Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce celebrated their wedding with a guest list featuring some of the world’s most renowned personalities.
The 36-year-old singer and NFL star hosted their nuptials on Friday, July 3, at Madison Square Garden in New York City, welcoming approximately 1,000 notable friends and Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs teammates.
In April, a source exclusively informed Us Weekly that while the wedding was not going to be large, it would feature many celebrities.
Another insider mentioned that Swift and Kelce deliberated over whether to invite everyone or keep the event small and intimate.
Due to concerns about privacy, the couple decided against sending physical invitations to their guests.
“Their closest friends and family are aware of the venue and the date,” the first source stated, “even if formal invitations haven’t been sent.”
After getting engaged to Kelce in August 2025, Swift expressed her hesitation about reducing the guest list for their wedding.
“I think planning will be fun because the only stressful weddings are the ones where you have limited space and have to consider who to exclude. I’m not going to do that,” she shared on The Graham Norton Show in October 2025, adding humorously, “I shouldn’t have said any of that.”
