Priscilla Presley Requests More Time to Respond in Elder Abuse and Theft Lawsuit
In a recent motion to dismiss filed by Priscilla Presley, she pleaded for more time to address the allegations against her in an elder abuse and theft lawsuit. Furthermore, Presley asserted that Kruse and Fialko embezzled hundreds of thousands of dollars from her and then preemptively filed a lawsuit against her in Florida once their scheme was exposed.
