Priscilla Presley Requests More Time to Respond in Elder Abuse and Theft Lawsuit
In a recent motion to dismiss filed by Priscilla Presley, she pleaded for more time to address the allegations against her in an elder abuse and theft lawsuit. The 79-year-old responded to the claims by stating that it is irrelevant whether she has relatives living or owning homes in Florida, or if she has made personal visits to the state.
However, Presley did not hold back in calling out Brigitte Kruse, the plaintiff in the case. She accused Kruse and her alleged co-conspirator, Kevin Fialko, of unduly influencing and defrauding her. Presley, a California resident for decades, claimed that Kruse manipulated her into appointing her as a trusted advisor, trustee, and attorney-in-fact. Additionally, Presley alleged that Kruse and Fialko took advantage of her by acquiring a majority and controlling interest in the rights to use her name, image, and likeness in perpetuity.
Furthermore, Presley asserted that Kruse and Fialko embezzled hundreds of thousands of dollars from her and then preemptively filed a lawsuit against her in Florida once their scheme was exposed.
The ongoing legal battle between Presley and Kruse has garnered significant attention, with Presley’s legal team working diligently to defend her against the allegations of elder abuse and theft. As the case continues to unfold, Presley remains determined to clear her name and seek justice against those she believes have wronged her.
