The groom chose Ferragamo for his wedding attire, collaborating with Elkin to design a chocolate brown tuxedo from the brand. His ensemble was completed with Ferragamo shoes, accessories from Platt Boutique, and sunglasses by Oliver Peoples. The bridal party opted for a witchy-gothic theme, donning black outfits from De La Vali and Shona Joy, as noted by Emma.

The couple acquired their Tiffany & Co. wedding bands at the last moment. Emma recounts postponing the purchase until a week before the wedding, on her only day off, which coincided with New York’s hottest day. Despite arriving at Tiffany’s without an appointment and in casual attire, the staff warmly assisted them in selecting the perfect rings. Initially, Emma had considered not wearing a band due to her vintage ring, but Tiffany’s staff suggested an Elsa Peretti band that complemented her ring perfectly. Although the groom initially planned to choose a platinum band, he ultimately went with gold. Emma was pleased they both chose gold, as she felt it added a vintage, timeless quality.

As the wedding weekend commenced, the couple and their guests gathered in Sun Valley for the celebrations. The festivities began with a rehearsal dinner at The Kneadery, highlighted by heartfelt toasts from groomsmen and bridesmaids. Guests found personalized name plates stamped on copper fish, adding a charming touch alongside playful ruffle napkins.

The welcome event took place at Roundhouse, a mountain-top restaurant offering stunning views of Sun Valley. Emma described a serene gondola ride to the venue with Cody, her mother, and her son Rhodes, providing a peaceful prelude to the party. The couple considered it the perfect start to the weekend. Guests left with customized L.L. Bean goodie bags marked “hitched,” containing a Wythe hat, playing cards, and local Larchwood Huckleberry Caramels. Many were seen sporting the gifts throughout the weekend, including at the wedding.

On the wedding day, attendees gathered to witness the couple exchange vows beside a creek, with organic floral designs by Bloom Theory setting the scene. Emma remarked that the ceremony felt like a storybook moment. She walked down the aisle to an instrumental version of “Moon River” from their favorite film, Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Officiated by Cody’s brother-in-law Luke, the ceremony featured a heartfelt and succinct speech. Emma appreciated Luke’s effort, noting it was exceptionally well-delivered. The couple shared personal vows they had written, which coincidentally overlapped, adding a unique touch to the ceremony.
