Price hikes on the horizon
As expected for a 2026 phone release, the Pixel 11 series will see a price increase. Google has already implied this change and suggested that the Pixel 10a may also experience a price rise after its launch.
Reports indicate that the new devices will be at least $100 more expensive than last year’s Pixel 10 models. Here are the starting prices for the Pixel 11 series, with UK prices likely matching the US dollar amounts:
- Pixel 11 – $899
- Pixel 11 Pro – $1,099
- Pixel 11 Pro XL – $1,299
- Pixel 11 Pro Fold – $1,899

Major upgrade eases the blow
Despite the price increase, there’s a positive change: Google is eliminating the 128GB base storage option, finally upgrading to the next level as standard.
However, this change doesn’t affect the Pixel 11 Pro XL, which received this upgrade previously. Pixel Fold models have consistently offered at least 256GB of storage since their initial release.
Colors set models apart
While increased storage for more affordable models is a plus, the Pixel 11 series is more of an incremental update. This follows the broader trend of price increases in the phone and tech industries this year.
Aside from the introduction of the new Tensor G6, brighter displays, and improved cameras, there’s little to get excited about, especially for those with a Pixel 10 model.
