Typically, new devices of this kind are launched first in the US, where they are often exclusive.
However, Google announced: “on Pixel Tag, [the] UK will be [the] first country to get it later in the year and will provide more info then.”
This is somewhat perplexing since the Pixel Tag’s listing page on the UK store indicates it is “Coming November 2026” without specifying a date. Similarly, the US store provides the same information, but a blog post with US pricing notes a launch date of 11 November.
Therefore, it can be inferred that the UK release date might precede this. Upon arrival, a single Tag will be priced at £29/$29, while a four-pack will be available for £99/$99.
Similar to the AirTag 2 and other Android phone makers’ tracking devices, the Pixel Tag is designed to assist in locating items such as keys, wallets, and luggage through the Find Hub. Our Mobile Editor is even contemplating replacing his Tile with it.
The Pixel Tag is offered in a single Fog color and features a stainless steel design with an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance.
